# Unable to withdraw BTC

Dear binary team,

For the past two days, I have not been able to withdraw my bitcoins. What could be the problem?  
I will be happy if this error is corrected as soon as possible.

We did face some system issue with our Cashier, however, we have fixed the issue and the website is back to normal now.

@annsibi The issue has not yet been fully rectified as some of us are still having issue withdrawing our funds…  
Tried withdrawing I kept getting the error message of “your current cashier session has expired. Start again later.”

@chilies-acanths-2 If you are receiving an error stating your “your current cashier session has expired. Start again later.”

Please suggest updating the browser or use a different browser.
