# Unable to withdraw

Hi Deriv, I am able to select withdrawal option on my account. I also receive a verification email confirming whether or not it is me.
When I click on the link provided by the verification email it does not display withdrawal processing however this page just endlessly loads. Is there a known issue with your cashier or withdrawal function on your website?
