To join Deriv, clients must be over 18 years of age, as detailed in our [Terms and Conditions](https://deriv.com/tnc/general-terms.pdf). We do not permit accounts for individuals under 18.

If an individual admits to being underage, we will request proof of identity.

For any deposits made by underage clients:

1. The deposited amount must be withdrawn using the original payment method.
2. Any profits or winnings will be voided.
