Buenas Tardes, Mi cuenta Deriv no ha sido verificada envie los documentos Hace 2 semanas porque esta Tardando tanto en Verificar.? Quiero Hacer Movimientos, retiros y no me permite. El soporte no da una solución, ni siquiera se si alguien de atención al cliente ve el mensaje. avísame si pudiste solucionar. ---

Buen día, tengo el mismo inconveniente, me pidieron que enviará el soporte de nuevo para la prueba de dirección antes del 13/11 pero lo envié a los correos de soporte, pero lo rebotó, y por el chat tampoco se pudo, y estaba operando normal pero ya ayer todas las operaciones son rechazadas y tampoco puedo retirar. Me pueden colaborar con un link para poder enviar el soporte ---

Hola bro, pude solucionarlo ! Solo tienes que Hablar con el Chat en vivo que esta dentro de la plataforma, dile al bot (quiero hablar con un Asesor), te va a dar varias Opciones, Debes Seleccionar (Talk to support) explicale tu problema al asesor y te lo soluciona. ---
