# Verification failed and Cashier locked

I opened an account where all my proof of address can’t be verified anytime I uploaded. I uploaded all my documents and still. But i have fund in the account. My cashier is even locked. I contacted and still not being able to help. Now I want to close the account and get my money back. The frustration is too much and it’s fine but I don’t need anything verification again. Just for the account to be closed and get my fund back.
