Very poor customer service i made withdrawal 7 days now just being taken in circles. They dont respond on WhatsApp or live chat keep saying the system is getting more issues

You guys do not respond to whats app or live chat once u note its a withdrawal issue you go mute and u still telling me to go to chat its since last Saturday
