I have enough information to verify my account. But the message is “Your account currently does not need verification”, so let me ask when can I proceed to verify my account? Or have to wait for a certain condition? If so, please send me the link of the terms. So I can read and know exactly when my account will be verified. Thank you for reading. ---

I have a similar issue. My address cannot be verified though I have sent in official documents like Tax accrued forms from the state agency. I get a message that does not meet the needed criteria. Goodness meWhat is the criteria??? And I am not opening but renewing my account. ---

I have same issues too ooo, I’m not even getting any info as regards account verification and the verification icon is not working on my account. Please, deriv team should do something about this o ---

My account was verified now it says it needs verification,and I can’t send my verification documents because they blocked my verification option **strong text** ---
