It’s very frustrating to get your crypto withdrawal order rejected. Here is a list of the most common reasons why this might happen:
- **You’ve used an invalid crypto address**
Make sure you use the correct crypto address and network copied from your crypto wallet.
- **You’ve used a different deposit payment method**
Your deposit and withdrawal should be made through the same payment method.
- **Your trading activity was low**
You need to utilise funds for trading before you proceed to withdraw.
- **Your account needs verification**
