# Will I bow out- Updated terms

Deriv has updated its terms. One that seems to interest me is the condition that THEY CAN DECIDE TO DENY YOUR PAYOUT WITHOUT NOTICE. That, for me, is really bold. Imagine you deposit 100 USD, and in a month, it moves to 200 USD. You withdraw the first 100 USD, and it goes through. The second, nothing. You are stuck. You talk to their AI, and they tell you it has been denied. You might not know why, and you’re stuck… I’m just thinking.
