# Withdraw cryptocurrency to Binance

I have tried to withdraw more than once to my virtual wallet and Deriv platform does not let me, I have deposited my capital from this wallet and paid 40 dollars to the platform to be able to transfer the funds from USD to LTC. When I ask in customer service nobody answers me and it only generates more distrust because they only cause me inconveniences to withdraw my earnings.

If someone knows a solution or something I can do, please help me :c.
