# withdrawal failure

My bank account cannot receive withdrawals. I have only made deposits with this card. I used MP for withdrawals. Now PM is no longer available in my country and I need to withdraw from Skrill. An agent asked me to deposit using another method so I could make a choice when withdrawing. I made a deposit with Skrill account. and now I can no longer make withdrawals with SKRILL. my balance is blocked ☹,  
withdrawal with Skrill always fails. He forces me to make a withdrawal with my card.My card type cannot receive international transfers.
