# Withdrawal funds didn't reach my wallet

I have done withdrawal but it didn’t reach my wallet  
I done with the minimum amount and the right adress

Ok I am here to assist with the deriv platform so it takes 24 hrs for withdrawals to be processed and takes longer to appear in ur card

I have deposited money in.my deriv account but it refused to transfer in the real account
