Hello, I’ve requested a withdrawal from more than one day and I haven’t received it yet. I’ve tried to contact livechat but it does not work, the livechat button is unavailable.

Hey,I am having a problem with my withdrawal, it has already been processed, but I have not received any payment in my Airtm,Usually when I withdraw through Airtm soon as Deriv approves my withdrawal ,the money instantly reflects in my Airtm ,I contacted the Airtm support and they have not received payment. I’ve tried to contact deriv livechat but it does not work.
