I have withdrew from the BTC account to my wallet on the 16th of April, and it’s still not reflecting in my wallet, but on my BTC it says I have 0.0000000BTC. Please help ---

I am also having the same issue, it’s been more than two weeks and my money hasn’t reflected. ---
