# Withdrawal (payment agent)

My Payment method when I first deposited was skrill and i lost rhe funds…now I made another transaction through Payment agent but I was told I have to withdraw the equivalent amount deposited from skrill earlier. As it is now my skrill is no more functioning and I need to make a withdrawal. Kindly help look at this concern because making withdrawal to the skrill address is a waste as don’t have access to the wallet again. Thanks
