Kindly note that we process your withdrawals within 24 hours. However, they may be additional time required from your payment method to process your withdrawals. Please be informed that withdrawals via Mobile money may take 1-5 working days to reflect on your end.

Rest assured, if the funds does not reflect on your end after 5 working days, you may contact us and we will assist you accordingly. We hope this clarifies.

Please I made a Mobile Money withdrawal order and I was debited without been paid over two months now though the money left my account. I didn’t know where to lodge my complaint until just chancing upon this thread. Kindly look into it for me. Thanks
