# wrong withdrawal transaction

hi, i withdrew money a while ago( more than 7days) and have yet to receive my payment, I have followed up with a lot of agents and this has not been resolved as the wrong transaction issue.i already have 3 tickets but they do not mean anything as I’ve yet to receive my money

hello, yes, after 2weeks of back and forth with the agents the funds were transferred back to my account
