# ZingPay and Swiffy

Hi all,

I deposited yesterday using Swiffy and Zingpay - the funds have left my account but they haven’t reflected on my Deriv account. The deposits are meant to be instant but nothing as of yet.

Deriv are not replying to me so does anyone have any advise or has it happened to you before?
