We would like to share with you a short guide on how to login and use DerivX mobile application. We have released our DerivX interface divided into a few tabs: Login, Watchlist, Portfolio and Search, Menu. You may find these at the bottom of the screen.
First of all kindly note that DerivX is a customisable multi-asset trading platform which allows to trade Derived indices, Forex and Stock indices in one account.
You are able to create demo and real DerivX accounts from web version of our platform in Trader’s Hub as per screenshot below:
After that you are able to download the DerivX on your mobile from Apple App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices clicking on active icons.
Take note: DerivX login is a combination of digits which differs from Deriv CR and Deriv MT5 accounts.
If you forgot your password, it can be changed from your Deriv account settings or from Trader’s Hub. Also DerivX app allows users to settle 4-digits PIN code or bio-metric login to make login easier.
