Can someone help me to build this bot that works this way

If last digit is 0, 0, trade differ 0
If last digit is 1,1, trade differ 1
If last digit is 2, 2, trade differ 2
If last digit is 3, 3, trade differ 3
If last digit is 4, 4, trade differ 4
If last digit is 5, 5, trade differ 5
If last digit is 6, 6, trade differ 6
If last digit is 7,7, trade differ 7
If last digit is 8, 8, trade differ 8
If last digit is 9, 9, trade differ 9

If the LDP continuously occurs the same for 2 times then open Digit Differs
