Good evening, I wanted to reload my account with my visa card, but during the procedure, I was wrong on more than one occasion on the sum to be deposited on the account because I did not realize that my card was not did not have enough funds. After this attempt was unsuccessful, I was displayed a message notifying me that I exceeded the number of recharge attempts allowed for the visa card recharge method. I would like to know how long do I have to wait before trying again?
Hi @boggled-abramis-2, kindly note that there is a maximum attempt for credit card deposit, which is:
3 attempts per hour
5 successful deposits per day
15 successful deposits per week
If you have exceeded it, please wait for 1-2 hours in order for the system to reset, and then try again.
