I logged into my account and can’t make any purchase or sale transactions. The system gives an error that “My account is not authorized for further purchase of contracts.” I left two requests in the online chat and through wa, but there was silence in response. #45018
I also sent a request for verification of my account a long time ago and I still haven’t received a response =(
What should I do?
