If you are unsure on how to connect your MT5 desktop app to the Deriv server, this article might help you 
- Click the ‘File’ tab in the top left corner.
- Click the ‘Open an account’ tab.
- Select the corresponding broker. If you are unsure about your broker and server names, you can find them on the Trader’s Hub by clicking on the ‘Open’ tab next to your MT5 account.
For example, if the acronym SVG is mentioned for your account, then to login to the mobile app, you must select Deriv (SVG) LLC from the list of companies.
- Select the ‘Connect with an existing trading account’ section, and enter your DMT5 credentials.
