So i have used different methods to deposit but I mostly use mobile money and dp2p. Currently, I have some funds i want to withdraw. When i tried using the mobile money, it was declined saying i have to withdraw using dp2p. No problem since i have done that countless times. This time, i clicked on it at the cashier’s end and it sent me to the main dp2p site. I tried selling my usd but it wasn’t possible because the est. total value is 0. So i decided to deposit again, trade for sometime and do the withdrawal. I did the deposit and the est. total value was still 0. I traded a little and after a while, i wanted to withdraw but it wasn’t possible. I contacted live chat and I was informed the deposit went into my deriv wallet and not the p2p. I decided to try again and did another deposit using dp2p and the est. total value didn’t change. I contacted live chat and they said the deposit went straight into the deriv wallet. I asked, what do i have to do to get the money into my dp2p which i know there is no account for that. Back and forth for many house, it was escalated to expert. I was informed i have to use options to withdraw and I asked how such is done because i have been trading since 2019 and this is the first time I have heard that. the live chat person told me she is having technical issue and so will transfer me to another person. This new person told me to use options, and i followed but to no avail. But i have been assured that i should give them 3 working days for them to rectify. I went back to deposit using mobile money hoping i can withdraw through it after trading but the withdrawal was declined that i should still use dp2p. I responded that I am having issue with my dp2p and that they can ask their customer service about it. Withdrawing through p2p after 3 successive deposit with est. total value 0 is hanging, withdrawing using a different method is prevented, depositing to withdraw is not working and all these isn’t my doing but from their system. I hope to wait till monday 2nd March and ask for a feedback. If deriv is able to rectify the issue, i will update this thread to that. if i am left hanging, I have to find another avenue. I am suspending active trading till i am able to withdraw

Let me update everyone. So the customer service assisted me with the dp2p account and I was able to withdraw some. I withdrew others through another method. Thank you Amy and Kumaresh for the response. We are stuck here with Deriv. Hoping the prop firm will come on.
The issue has started again. I have been with the customer service all day… its getting tiresome when you want to withdraw and you can’t because what they want you to use is not in the system.
Now, they want me to wait for another 3 days….. According to them, I am to see deriv trader account in the list of my accounts which i can transfer my funds from my deriv wallet into the deriv trader (options) account before withdrawing using p2p. I don’t know if anyone has the deriv trader account as a separate account to their normal deriv wallet? So my new profit are stuck, i have to wait for these 3 days. This issue stared 27th February, i saw some rectification on monday, was able to withdraw my then profit but the new profit isn’t going through. I will update this community on how this goes.
Hanafiah has assisted me using alternative withdrawal procedure. That is great from the support team. I have asked them of the way forward with my account rectification to continue trading.
Please who is encountering this same type of problem that i am facing? When you use p2p, do you have options trading account as part of the list of account for transfer? Its getting frustrating…. always when i want to withdraw, i get to be declined like 3 or more times, contact live support, still goes back and forth…. currently, that’s my issue again from yesterday 9th March. Eventhough the support asked me to use alternate method, i still get declined. Getting to the specialist/support again takes time because Amy has to do it own thing…….

I keep going back and forth with this withrawal issue. This isn’t pleasant. Val promised that I can use alternative deposit method and I did use the mobile money and still my withdrawal was declined. I have talked to Amy for as many times I have even lost count, going through the circles of explaining myself.
This issue is not my fault. Since Feb 27th, 2026, the issue with my account hasn’t been rectified. My withdrawal always goes through alot of challenges before I am able to.
Please, what is happening? I can’t be stuck with my withdrawal when the problem is still pending with your specialist team for the past 12 days.
Please, provide an alternate method for me to withdraw. My recents deposit has all been through mobile money method. I can’t trust depositing for withdrawal when the one I have done isn’t giving me that ability to withdraw. This is frustrating. Jade and Val informed me that using alternate method will not give me these issues but it seems its not like that.
