Login Failure

Hi Deriv Community.
I have been having a problem from the the last two weeks.
Each time i tried to connet my deriv account to my MT5 app, i kept gettingvthe message: authentification failed. I was advised by Customer Service to reset my password which i did multiple times. However, i still get the same message.

Can anyone help me?
