My bot does not present an error, but it keeps "Bot is starting" forever

Hello everybody!

Im trying to set up a bot that buys at market price, after a drop of X points compared to the OPENING PRICE of the day and with expiration date for the next day 00:10. for some reason, after a couple of improvements, my bot keep “starting” forever.

Is it my code, some error or sometime it will run? Anybody knows how to fix it?
