Opening a Corporate or Business Account with Deriv

Dear Deriv Community,

Clients are able to create a corporate or business account with us. Kindly contact us via Live Chat and we’ll help you through it. We’ll need the following information:

  • Name of entity
  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Memorandum and articles of association
  • List of directors
  • List of shareholders
  • Authorization to manage the account (if your business has more than one director)
  • Passport and utility bill/bank statement of the person managing the account and of each director and shareholder (if your business has more than 1)
  • Utility bill/bank statement containing the address of the business
  • Source of wealth documentation

Please note that we may request more information during the signup process. Also, kindly allow 1 to 3 working days approximately for the respective team to process and work on the account creation.
