Result always is wrong....Over or Under..

Hi all,

In the platform, when I use Syntetic Index->Continuous Index->Volatibility Index (Any), Digits, Over/Under, the number placed in the field “Prediction” always result wrong…Over or Under…
This not is correct, all right?

  1. Account number
  2. Trade ID (which you may find in the statement section)
  3. Date and time of the trades
  4. What happened to the trades
