I was testing strategy RISE / FALL on DEMO ACCOUNT
I lost over US$ 10.000 on Demo Account because the platform has some BUG.
the SPOT is RISE and the platform readed as FALL, so instead to payout the win, the platform charged, so took over 10.000 on demo account, So I was checking number by number and I found that has some BUG there, that is making to loose money, because the spot is RISE and was consider FALL , i did over 500 trade contracts, I download the exel file…, and the error appears in many contract operation , so a Lot of money lost for a BUG taking wrong decision…, support needs to check it, because is a big fault
