hello, there is an issue with everything relating to the tick feed
ticks should be available to download the same
sometimes there passes 10 seconds before i can download the previous ticks via the api.
the issue is not only affecting the api, but the user experience is severely degraded on the webtraders.
webtrading is almost impossible to enter trades on the same time as it was requested
entry price and expiry price / outcomes of trades are delayed as it is waiting for the tick feed to catch up.
i have contacted the api support via email and was asked if there is a pattern on certain times when this happens.
it in fact happens all the time!
however every so often the delay is so bad a period of 10 + seconds before the tick feed catches up!
fix the tick feed!
