How can we chat with human agents in Deriv Live Chat? The ChatBot is not giving required reply to my questions.

Unfortunately, there is no provision for chatting with a live agent. Please, can you fix it?

Unfortunately, the Customer Support cannot be reached through Live Chat. There is no provision for that. The Bot is the only thing that answers you.

When I typed in the Question, why has Derive decided to destroy, the reply was: I am unable to understand your inquiry. Is there anything else i can help you with? Can this be a reply from human being.
