Customer Service doesn't exist ?

Joined deriv because I wanted to trade synthetic indices on mt5 , however the option to open such account isn’t available to me for some reason ?

Already submitted my documents and no issues with that , my account is limited to £100 staked per 30 days, contacted to request a removal of this limit , no answer from them ?

Chat always unavailable and don’t reply to emails …

I made a similar post about being no way to reach deriv. they have removed there numbers and support emails i find this very suspicious

Yes I just want to make the most out of their services and instead face a series of barriers and no support so yeah not sure I’ll hand around waiting long tbh.
