I am very surprised that this company doesn’t have an organized support Dept to solve customers problems.
I am just thinking of looking for another broker.
I have deposited 44$ but still not reflecting ??? My USD Account CR988106 , already received bank notification that the payment has taken place but still waiting for it to reflect ??? Is there no proper help desk or call center or even a email address to send the query to fix please ???
Deposité 100 dólares en mi cuenta y ya van varios días pero no se ve reflejado el pago en la plataforma. Algo negativo que veo con este bróker es la falta de soporte y atención al cliente.
Por favor, espero me digan como proceder. Necesito ayuda urgente.
