Deposit unsuccessful and I was told it is because of my location.

I set up an account and then tried to deposit using my debit card but was told that it is unsuccessful because of my location. Incidentally, I have been trying to update my personal details and upload documents to confirm my address but I am not able to. The submit button is a pale red and cannot be clicked. The icons for identity, address, tax information cannot be clicked.

Restriction based on location error occurs when a client tries to deposit using a card that was issued from a different location.

Example you are residing in South Africa but depositing using a Kenya card.

I try to deposit using skrill but it keep telling me that my skrill account was insufficient while i have $18 in my wallet please what will i do.
