Dear Community Members,

We are excited to introduce the Deriv Wallet—your new central fund management hub to handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions regarding using the Deriv Wallet.

General Questions

1. Can I change the currency for my Deriv Wallet?
No. Once you have created your preferred Fiat wallet currency, changes to different currencies is not possible. However, you can add more crypto Wallets if you prefer to make your deposits and withdrawals in crypto.

2. How do I disable Deriv Wallet?
This is not possible. Once you migrate, the previous Cashier will no longer be available.

3. Can I have multiple Wallets?
You can have one fiat wallet (either USD, GBP or EUR) and multiple cryptocurrency wallets (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).

4. Can I transfer funds to another person’s wallet?
No. Direct wallet-to-wallet transfers between different clients are not allowed.

5. How do I switch between different currencies?
To switch between your different currency Wallets, click “Home” and choose the Wallet account you wish to use for deposits/withdrawals.

6. Where do I check my account statement?

  • If you want to check your Wallet statements for past transactions: Go to “Home,” select your preferred Wallet.
  • If you want to check your trading history and report: Go to “Options” → select trading platform → click “Report”.

7. How do I reset my virtual Wallet account?

  • Log in by clicking here
  • Select the Demo account on the Home page.
  • Click the Demo balance and then the Reset button.

8. I already have a Wallet, but the corresponding Options account isn’t created.
Go to the “Options” tab and click “Enable” to create your Options account.

Deposits

1. How do I deposit into my Deriv Wallet?

  1. Log in to your Deriv account.
  2. Go to “Home,” select your Wallet.
  3. Click “Deposit.”
  4. Choose your payment method and follow the on-screen steps.

2. How do I deposit money into my crypto Wallet?

  • Go to “Home” → “Wallet.”
  • Choose the crypto Wallet of your choice, or click “Add more” to create one.

3. Can I use Deriv P2P with Wallets?
Yes. Deriv P2P is available for both deposits into and withdrawals from Wallets.

4. Can I use a payment agent with Wallets?
Yes. When you want to make a deposit, choose “Payment Agent” as your payment method.

Withdrawals

1. How do I withdraw from my Deriv Wallet?

  1. Log in to your Deriv account.
  2. Go to “Home,” select your Wallet.
  3. Click “Withdraw.”
  4. Confirm your request and check your email for verification.

2. Is Deriv P2P available for withdrawals?
Yes. Deriv P2P Buy/Sell is available for withdrawal as well.

3. Can I use a payment agent for withdrawals from Wallets?
Yes. When you want to make a withdrawal, choose “Payment Agent” as your withdrawal method.

Fund Transfers

1. How do I transfer funds from my USD Wallet to my Deriv Options account (CRW to CR/Option)?

  1. Log in and go to “Home”.
  2. Select your Wallet account.
  3. Click “Transfer.”
  4. Choose the target accounts accordingly.

2. How do I transfer funds from my USD Wallet to my crypto Wallet (CRW to crypto)?

  • Log in, select your USD Wallet from “Home.”
  • Click “Transfer.”
  • Select your preferred crypto Wallet (BTC, ETH, LTC). Transfer fees may apply.

3. How do I transfer funds to my Deriv MT5 accounts (CRW USD to CFD)?

  • Use the internal Wallet Transfer link.
  • Or go to CFDs, select your Deriv MT5 account, and click “Transfer.”

4. How do I transfer funds from my crypto Wallet to my Deriv MT5 account?
You’ll need to transfer funds from your crypto Wallet to your USD Wallet first, before transferring to your Deriv MT5 account.

5. How do I transfer my funds from my Deriv MT5 account to my crypto Wallet?
You’ll need to transfer funds from your Deriv MT5 account to your USD Wallet first, before transferring to your crypto Wallet.

6. How do I transfer funds from my Options to Wallet account?

  • Go to the “Options” tab.
  • Select the Options account and use the drop-down next to the balance button.
  • Choose the transfer direction (Option to CRW Wallet).

Transfer Limits

  • Lifetime transfer limit (Fiat ↔ Crypto): $200
    (Increases to $100,000/day after POI — Proof of Identity — submission)

  • Daily transfer limits:

    • Wallet ↔ Wallet: $100,000
    • Deriv MT5 ↔ Wallet: $100,000
    • Deriv Trader ↔ Wallet: $100,000
    • Deriv X ↔ Wallet: $50,000
