As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience and provide greater flexibility in fund management, we’re excited to introduce the Deriv Wallet — your new fund management hub that gives you a dedicated space to handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
What changes with the Wallet?
Upgrading to the Deriv Wallet allows you to manage your funds separately from your trading activities. It also provides clearer fund organisation, helping you keep track of your balances more easily. And even if your Wallet is temporarily unavailable, your trading accounts remain accessible.
Key things to know:
- Integrated in Trader’s Hub: The Wallet is part of your existing Trader’s Hub, so you can access everything in one place.
- Separated accounts: Funds in your Wallet are held apart from trading accounts (like Options/CR account), helping avoid disruptions if issues occur.
- One system going forward: Once you upgrade, the previous Cashier will no longer be available. The new system offers a more streamlined experience.
- Currency management: Each Wallet account is a unique currency. Duplicate currencies aren’t supported (for example, you can only have one USD Wallet).
Availability:
Deriv Wallets are being introduced gradually and are currently offered in selected countries. When available in your region, a prompt will appear in Trader’s Hub with the option to upgrade to Wallets.
If you choose to upgrade, you’ll see a refreshed interface in Trader’s Hub. Please note that this change is permanent and cannot be reversed.
