Different method for deposit and withdrawal

Hello guys,

I recently deposited via my card, now I have issues with the bank and I can’t access my bank account at the moment, I tried withdrawing via btc account, but it was declined because the deposit and withdrawal method did not match.

Please is there a walk around about this?
