Duplicate Accounts

Duplicate accounts are detected when a client attempts to open a new account with a different email address and using the same personal details that already exist on our platform.

6.3. Fraud
6.3.1. We reserve the right to block or withhold the funds in your account and/or suspend or close your account if we know or we have reason to believe that one or more of the following cases are true: Your account was opened under a false or fictitious name. You have submitted fraudulent or tampered document(s). You have opened more than one Deriv account.

We also reserve the right to cancel any request for a deposit, withdrawal, or refund of your funds.
