Duplicate Accounts

Duplicate accounts are two or more Deriv accounts owned by one client. As stated in our terms and conditions, a client can only create one Deriv account.

6.3. Fraud
6.3.1. We reserve the right to block or withhold the funds in your account and/or suspend or close your account if we know or we have reason to believe that one or more of the following cases is true: Your account was opened under a false or fictitious name. You have submitted fraudulent or tampered document(s). You have opened more than one Deriv account.

We also reserve the right to cancel any request for a deposit, withdrawal, or refund of your funds.
