I have created an account but my details were wrong there. Then I created a new account and then it says I cant deposit since my details are matching with another account. But I already closed my previous account. How can I delete my previous account fully.

Please refer to section 4.3, which states that we reserve the right to block or withhold funds in your account and/or suspend or close your account if we ascertain or have reason to suspect that one or more of the following cases are true:
4.3.1.3. You have opened more than one Deriv account. Given that you have violated our terms and conditions, the decision to disable one account lies with us.
