Hello Deriv, I’ve been trying to get linked to my IB but to no avail. My account is fully verified and I have reached out to the Deriv live chat and WhatsApp chat but they keep saying “We have reached out to the specialist and is under review”. This is almost 3 days and I’m lagging behind.

Sadly, that feature doesn’t work, either is an AI or people who lack the skills needed, i have lots of days with the same problem and as they don’t know what’s going on they prefer to ignore me.

oh man, that’s painful in my case verifications are okay but cashier doesn’t work and they prefer to ignore me than try to see where their problem is >D
