Locked accounts

Guys anyone here experiencing a verified account being locked for no reason other than being told there is a routine check going on? It’s been more than a week after I have provided a bank statement and picture of my plastic card on a verified account! All my real accounts are still temporarily locked as they explain it. All I get from agents is that any investigation is underway and I’ll receive an email. There is no email and accounts remain locked.
