Anyone help me please my cashier is locked and Account is disabled and I have my balance in mt5 I connect to live to talk agents and I used more than ten tickets no change this problem not solved now is one month I’m very sad

I have the same issue! Cashier is locked and I’m not getting any further feedback on the open ticket. This is disappointing and worrisome.

Everyone is saying the same thing “it’s been escalated to the relevant department”. It’s not getting to a point where the issue gets resolved.
