My cashier is locked 4 days now

My cashier has been locked for over 3 days now, I have submitted tickets and spoken to multiple agents about the matter just for them to tell me to either respond to the very first ticket which is impossible as the agent closed the chat or that the company will reach out to me via email and so far absolutely nothing has been done and I need to speak with someone who has the authority to resolve this issue quickly.
I am tired of speaking to different agents, it doesn’t even seem as if they are escalating the matter to the right team or communicating at all because so far I have to be repeating myself over and over I even sent a complete email about the issue and I keep getting the same thing again and again like what is happening Deriv?
Documents have been submitted, I did as I was told, I replied to the emails, what is happening??
