Losses even with stop loss in place

I placed trades on Boom 1000 index. All trades entry were Sells trading against the spike. It moved pips below and I trailed stop to break even and even secure about 80% profits When the spike came up, it took the whole trade out in negative and took off 50% of my equity even though I had already broken even in profits. I can’t understand what happened !

Hola @ Sara_Deriv,asi como a el, le paso a mi hermano y a mi en mas de 4 ocaciones en volumen 1.0 lo bueno es que fue en la demo pero la verdad le pirde uno confiabilidad a la plataforma

No bro, it wasn’t resolved. I lost half of my equity, stop loss and breakeven wasn’t honored.
