Hi good day, I requested to withdraw some funds from my live trading account. It’s a decent amount I request to my TRX wallet on Bybit. Last week, March 3rd Saturday morning I made the request. Got the email saying that the request was successfully received and will be processed in 24 to 72hrs on Wednesday 5th in the morning.
On Saturday the 10th, I got another email stating that you guys approved (deriv) the withdrawal Was approved.
The funds were to reflect within 48hrs. That has passed about 12hrs now and due to the amount of money I requested , I am beginning to feel really anxious. I have been in queue for the last 5hrs for a specialist and nothing as yet.
Basically I’m asking if to not worry as yet or just be patient? Or I should be alarmed and reach out?
