Please why cant i withdraw BTC from my account. It keeps saying pending.

I keep having same issue since ysrday afternoon mine is ETH
Also I am experiencing it presently

I have being trying since yesterday but it has not reflected around 12 noon.
I just hope all is well.

I made a withdrawal since 11:45am today but still pending

I’m facing the same challenge with BTC and it is not fair that deposits never have issues, but only withdrawals. It is also insensitive to ignore customer withdrawal complaints because you don’t know the urgency of the need for the money. Please respond and fix this.

@Bala-Deriv my withdrawal is successful from my wallet but I haven’t receive any alert from my bank pls look in to it.

The Pending Process was very Long and when i later checked my binary account, my btc has been deducted but I’m yet to receive any btc on my wallet. This is so unfair to be honest.
