@anybody-achkans-2 ,. In other to activate payment agent method, you need to chat with deriv via the “live chat” on your deriv page.
Simply go to your deriv page and click on “live chat” and you will get your issue attended to there.

What is the procedure for me to get authorized?
@anybody-achkans-2 ,. To be fully verified or authorized, you need to upload your documents.
Navigate to your “Account settings” on your deriv page. Click on it and a menu will shoot out.
Then scroll down to “verification” and under it you will see “proof of identity” and “proof of address”.
Click on each of them to submit your I.D and bank statement or other bill for address verification.
