Ripple deposit lost


I am deriv’s customer for years. Countless deposits and withdrawals but here’s the problem that I never encountered before. I requested a withdrawal $430.06 dated 26/07/2022 and it’s still awaited. The support team is helpful but unable to provide a TXID so that I can take it up with my exchange.

According to their stance, a transaction of 1,315.143541 XRP is sent. But I haven’t received it. The trace ID is 28394194. My exchange is demanding the TXID for tracking the funds.

I am in need of funds and it’s very sad to see such a slow response for a crypto transaction. Please provide a TXID so that I can trace the funds. Hoping to receive a response at the earliest.
