Withdrawal Request Made Using Newly Introduced 10 Coins Payment Method Haven't Been Delivered To My Wallet!


I am deriv’s customer for months now. And I’ve made Countless deposits and withdrawals but here’s the problem that I never encountered before. I requested a withdrawal $523.10 dated 29/07/2022 using newly Introduced 10 Coins Payment Method, and it’s been processed by DERIV, but yet to be delivered in my wallet. The support team is helpful but unable to provide a TXID so that I can take it up with my exchange Binance.

According to their stance, the transaction has been processed, But I haven’t received it yet and Deriv has failed to provide evidence that it’s Been is sent.

The trace ID is 28498710. My exchange is demanding the TXID for tracking the funds.

I am in need of funds and it’s very sad to see such a slow response for a crypto transaction. Please kindly provide a TXID so that I can trace the funds. Hoping to receive a response at the earliest.
