I have funded my account using 1Foryou but it hasn’t reflected in my account

Same happened to me on Sunday 3 April 2022, I made contact with deriv immediately and 5 days later still no top up on my account and i have provided them with the proof on Sunday and then they have the nerve to ask proof again, to top it off SLA has already been breached and now I have to wait another 1 - 3 working days when it has already been 5 days.
